  • Do custom orders take longer? Yes, custom orders generally take longer.  Depending on the complexity of the design, it can take 3-7 days to complete.
  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? Yes, select pickup at checkout and your pickup time will be scheduled. Pickup is in Forney, Texas. Be sure to enter a valid phone number or email address to ensure we are able to communicate your pickup time.
  • Can my order be delivered? Unfortunately, delivery isn’t an option at this time. If you’d like to place a rush order, please call, text, or email us. A fee may be applied.
  • Can I submit pictures to be added to my custom order? Yes, it is recommended that you submit at least one image for reference on every custom order. If you need to submit more than 4 images on a single item, email them to offbeatdelights@gmail.com. Please list your order number in the subject line.
  • I need to change my order! What should I do? You are able to modify your order within 24 hours of submitting it online. Call/text us @ 469-708-6323 immediately to discuss changes and receive an updated order number.
  • Can I place an order on Sunday even though you're closed? Yes!  All online shopping is available 24/7.  If you contact us on Sunday, you will receive a response Monday morning during regular business hours.  All orders placed will be fulfilled according to the product processing times during normal business hours.
  • How do the shirts fit? We use Gildan Brand Unisex shirts.  If you prefer a tighter fit, we encourage you to size down.
